Orders placed on the website pufuleti.ro<\/a> can be canceled within 24 hours<\/strong> of submission by sending a written request via email or by calling us directly, specifying the order number.<\/p>

If the order has already been dispatched to the courier company and the recipient chooses to cancel it for justified reasons, the value of the order will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days<\/strong>, minus the shipping cost<\/strong>, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
