Orders placed on the website pufuleti.ro can be canceled within 24 hours of submission by sending a written request via email or by calling us directly, specifying the order number.
If the order has already been dispatched to the courier company and the recipient chooses to cancel it for justified reasons, the value of the order will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days, minus the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. For orders paid online by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction.
